Beach City Live ("Beach City Live," "we," "us," or "our") operates beachcitylive.com and provides live music and entertainment services for weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us directly. When you request a quote, contact us, or book our services, we may collect:

  • Your name

  • Your email address

  • Your phone number

  • The date, location, and type of your event

  • Your budget range for live music

  • Any other details you choose to share about your event

Information collected through advertising platforms. We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. If you submit an instant form attached to one of our ads, Meta Platforms, Inc. passes us the information you entered in that form — typically your name, email address, phone number, event date, and budget range. We receive this information from Meta; we do not receive your Facebook or Instagram password, your friends list, or anything else from your social media profile.

Information collected automatically. When you visit beachcitylive.com, our website host and analytics tools may automatically record standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, the pages you viewed, and the time and date of your visit.

How we use your information

We use the information described above to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote

  • Contact you by email, phone, or text about your event and our services

  • Arrange, plan, and perform at your event

  • Send invoices, contracts, and other documents related to a booking

  • Send occasional marketing or follow-up messages, where you have not opted out

  • Maintain our business records

  • Understand how our website and advertising perform, and improve them

  • Comply with our legal obligations

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share it only in these circumstances:

  • Service providers. Companies that help us run the business — email and messaging providers, our customer relationship management system, our website host, scheduling and invoicing tools, and payment processors. They may access your information only to perform work on our behalf.

  • Musicians and production staff. Where necessary to perform at your event, we share the details required to do the job — venue, date, times, and an on-site contact.

  • Advertising platforms. We use Meta's advertising tools. Meta's own handling of your information is governed by its privacy policy, at facebook.com/privacy/policy.

  • Legal requirements. Where we are required to by law, court order, or a valid request from a public authority, or where necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.

  • Business transfer. If Beach City Live is sold, merged, or otherwise transfers its business, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Text messages and email

If you provide a phone number, you agree that we may contact you by phone and by text message about your enquiry and your event. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, or by telling us directly.

Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop messages directly about a booking you have made with us.

Cookies and tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working properly, remember your preferences, and measure how the site is used. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Refusing cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

We may also use advertising tools from Meta and other platforms that use cookies or similar identifiers to measure the performance of our ads and to show ads to people likely to be interested in our services.

How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to follow up, and booking and financial records for as long as required for accounting, tax, and legal purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or render it anonymous.

Your choices and rights

You may, at any time:

  • Ask what we hold about you

  • Ask us to correct information that is wrong or out of date

  • Ask us to delete your information, subject to records we are required to keep

  • Opt out of marketing, by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting us

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, including under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights. We honour those rights where they apply to us.

Children

Our services and website are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Other websites

Our website and our ads may link to sites we do not operate. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to read their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
